Re: Gili Island or Nusa Islands. 5 years ago. Save. Hi Aniket, you re not in Bali very long so I would give the Gilis a miss. You will lose at least a half day travel each way. You can utilize your time better in Bali. You should be on the island of Bali the day before your onward flight.
